As a User Experience Designer for the SAP Analytics Cloud platform, my work involved improving existing product features of Data Acquisition, Data Modelling, Infrastructure, and Security areas of the Business Intelligence Platform with almost 1 million business users worldwide.

My responsibilities were: supporting multiple developers and product managers, delivering low and high-fidelity mockups, improving interaction design, solving edge-case scenarios for end-users and the system, validating designs and workflows through usability testing and UX research. I have also assisted with design systems, motion graphics, and visual design throughout my time there.
