The purpose for creating these visuals was to help customers understand various explanatory metrics Talent Acquisition (TA) software solution generates, how areas of human resources are allocated differently, and the areas where they can improve based on visual data of these metrics calculations.

The problem was that customers in the area of Human Resources might lack the explanation for certain metrics and how they can be used. This problem affected customers in upper management and restricted their ability to make workforce-related decisions.

My contribution to the project was to design over 100 metrics visual elements and a logical system for the content. I received the content in an excel format document and created all the visual elements following different cases covered in the sections below.
