As a UX Designer at Best Buy Canada I created and optimized experiences for the Home Theatre & Emerging Business customer-facing web categories. Working with a cross-functional team of business specialists, content strategists, digital designers, and copywriters, I delivered improvements through the application of user-centred design practices for category optimizations, product launches, and weekly sale initiatives.
Connected Health Category Experience
↳ Project Overview
This project was about creating an online presence for a new assortment of products under the "Connected Health" category. 
The experience needed to showcase an ecosystem of products and help to tell a story of what this new emerging category is, how to utilize these products, and what they can do for customers.
Through iterative design process at each stage of the project, and feedback from both stakeholders and leadership, the finalized experience was published and is currently 'live' on Best Buy Canada website.

My role for this project involved user and product research, UX strategy, customer journey mapping, content strategy, information architecture, wire-framing, prototyping, and user testing.
